I was saved by a highly competent technician who showed me photos of what it might look like. Given the limitation of my apartment, it would not be aesthetically acceptable. Also, an install, given the only possible location for the compressor, would not be to code and would not easily allow future maintenance of the system. For those reasons we decided NOT to install a mini-split HVAC system. I am immensely thankful for their competent and trustful advice! They may have lost one installation but the won me over as the go-to HVAC specialist for my rental properties (12 units). Thank you Could Comfort!

Knowing we’re heading into record breaking temperatures this summer, I started researching for great HVAC companies in the area, that can come out and tune up my AC unit. I found Cloud Comfort in Yelp with stellar reviews and contacted them for a quote. After reviewing several companies’ estimates, I decided to go for Cloud Comfort and scheduled them right away. On the day of, our technician Tony called ahead to let us know his ETA. When he arrived, he was extremely courteous, polite, and respectful of our home. He confirmed what we needed to get done and got started. Before he got further into the tune up, he stopped and let me know respectfully, but up front, our unit’s terrible condition (given its old age and lack of maintenance). He showed stats of the unit’s performance in real time and details of the type of system we have and what our options are.
