While the plumber seemed satisfactory, he could not get a drain clogged from the kitchen and said I had to get it jetted. I called to make the appointment to get it jetted and the secretary/manager was very rude to me. She would not listen to what had to be done and sure enough was going to send a plumber to do EXACTLY the same thing that did not work the first time of which I was charged $175 for a clogged kitchen sink that remains a clogged kitchen sink. The secretary/manager also claimed I threw a bunch of grease down the drain - which I did not. I previously told the plumber it was black sludge. Thus, not only was she rude and ignored the problem, she tried to shift blame to me. I called another plumbing company that was professional and kind on the phone and scheduled the jetting for the next day. Service: Drain cleaning
