Elite Leak rep Frank showed up as scheduled, assessed the source of a slow but steady leak coming from a very small hole in the copper water line under my concrete driveway. He explained what it would take to pinpoint the source and cause of the leak and gave me an estimate on the time and cost to repair it. He returned as scheduled the next day, identified the source of the leak, cut a one-foot square in the concrete to reach and replace the leak with a six-inch high-grade copper insert, patched the one square foot cut opening with close matching mixed concrete and reinforced it with iron connections, cleaned up the aftermath and hauled away the broken concrete. His assessment, estimate, repairs and cost were spot-on and reasonable. No hassle. Very straight-forward, competent and professional. Great job! Five Star rating. John Keller
