Michelle sent out Edwin who would replace my thermostat for my heater here in old Torrance. Edwin did the diagnosis and then replaced the problem thermostat. And then let me know some maintenance tips that I was not aware of. He told me to let the air flow and not to close up all my vents like I was doing. And to replace my filter. Which I knew on the front , but the one up in the attic had not been replaced since the original install from before we bought the house. A very easy and pleasant experience. Have used this company previously. They do a great job of heater and air conditioner maintenance. Affordable. Great loyalty program. Woman owned business. Wish they would expand their service area to include the Marina and the Westside they only service the South Bay.
