P & M Mechanical installed my Air Conditioner last year. They were very professional and clean. Shoe Covers anytime they walked in the house, covered my hardwood floor so that it didn't get damaged during the installation and cleaned up completely when they were done. They also did my 1 year maintenance the year after and completely went though the heater and air conditioner to make sure that it was running properly including changing filters, vacuuming the unit completely and washing the condenser outside. I would highly recommend this company.

We thought we were only interested in central air conditioning, to be used with our existing forced air gas furnace, but when Michelle surveyed everything, she suggested a heat pump, heating and air in one unit. Since we have solar panels, that made a lot of sense. The plan was adjusted a couple of times and we wound up with the air handler in the attic. Quiet!
