We had a back-up in our kitchen sink and bathroom plumbing was tied into the problem. Jeff was at our home that same day. He explained the three steps he would take to solve the problem and my expenses for each step. He was courteous, polite and honest as he worked and answered all my questions. My husband and I both were pleased with his work and professionalism. I definitely recommend him for any plumbing job and would call him again if the need arises.
