Called V-Max office late evening yesterday. Ernesto returned our call in less than an hour as the receptionist said he would. He came by to evaluate the problem and said he would be back today to fix it. He kept us notified by phone as to his arrival. He keeps his word. He charged what he quoted. He’s very personable, kind and does excellent work quickly. He even let us watch while he worked. I have more work that I need done and I plan to call him back soon. Our tankless water heater had been having issues. We had a company come fix it but it was out again a month later. Then we called V-Max. Ernesto made it out the same day, he provided a temporary fix and recommended replacement. His estimate was straight forward and way more reasonable than the other company (other company trying to charge nearly 3x the price with less quality). Ernesto and V-Max was always responsive and on time. They put in a new tankless heater. The work was efficient and clean. They got us a great deal on the heater that was installed. I would 100% use them again and have already recommended them to family members.
