I have been a happy customer of Steven and Julie for several years now. Every few years, I notice loose and broken roof tiles on my Tracy home (never the same ones). Landeros roofing is where I turn. After a friend referred me to Steve, and he finished two jobs for me this year, I can honestly recommend Steve for anyone to hire him for roof repairs. First time, a fallen tree damaged two lower level tiles. I expected to pay $200 for the repair. My jaw dropped when Steve quoted me $50 and finished it in an hour. Later I notice water leak from the top level roof and had Steve looked at it and gave me a much lower than expected quote. He insisted on doing a thorough job for a proper repair and not simply patch up the suspected leaking seam. Last week, he finish the 2nd job in 3 hours, including all materials, moving over 1000 lbs of tiles. Per my request, he also inspected and found another cracked tile in a different location. He replaced it without charging extra to the original quote. BTW, he had to move the same amount of tiles when he first inspected the roof to quote for the repair, with no charge up front. I can attest that Steve is a very reliable and honest roof repairer. I ha
