We bought a home built in 1980. The Heater broke after almost 40 years .. so we needed a new HVAC system. Through First American home warranty, they send out Starace mechanical and heating to do the job. Very professional people and thoroughly explained everything about what needed to be done. The estimate they gave me was exact to the dollar what I paid. Very professional people. They communicate with me every step of the way, giving me updates as they heard about it. I would highly recommend this place to all my friends

The installers of my new A/C and heating unit just left my house. I appreciated Starace's service very much. The representative named Andrew called last week to let me know that my installation day would be this week. He called again the evening before to tell me the exact day and time (between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m.) to expect the workers. Ruben called that morning and was 20 minutes from my house and arrived promptly. Ruben was very professional yet friendly and I could see that he was very hard-working. Later in the afternoon, the crane came to remove the old unit and lift up the new unit. At that point, Blake and Art joined Ruben to finish the last part of the day.
