Air Techs

No experience with having service done by them. But their drivers are horrible! They will ride you with their brights on. Speeds or goes extremely slow. This is not a one time occurrence this is at least twice a week I’m dealing with one of them in the mornings. Also they’ll sit outside the shop with their brights on blinding traffic.

I had an AC unit put in 10/2022 it started to not run properly over the past three weeks. We had them come out to our home their associate checked the unit said everything was fine and just replaced the air filter. I had to call another HVAC company they came out the same day on Sunday and told us our units coils will need to be replaced and that the freon was completely out, mind you we just had an associate from Air-tech check it within a week of service. Beware the follow thru is not there as far as service.

The AC guy came 4 times to fix my ac. He ordered the wrong part- we’ve had no ac for a week. This company doesn’t know what parts to order, when parts arrive, how to fix AC units, or how to work in a timely manner. Be sure to try any other company before calling this one Service: A/C system repair
