Not only will they NOT get back to you after you have left messages but when they DO decide to get ahold of you, they will call you with such unpleasant customer service. The guy decided to stop by and was just absolutely rude! Mind you, the quote we needed was for a commercial business and he clearly did not care to gain our business. He quoted us 25-35k for the area we needed WITHOUT even going on top of the roof to look. However, he did at least have the curtsey to let us know he wasn't going to go up there. So, WITHOUT looking, he was able to quote us 25k-35k. How on earth is that even possible without even making any attempt to go on the roof to look? Due to the attitude he carried along with him, I would assume it was because he was just in a rush to leave , so he just decided to throw a quote at us to not gain our business. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone! One of the worst 5 minute experiences ever.

DeHart Roofing crew were awesome!! Friendly, respectful, efficient! They worked hard and paid attention to detail. Cleaned up everything and it looks phenomenal!! Clayton and Larry were both amazing! We had to wait 4 months on our solar company to come take down our panels. Clayton kept in touch with us and was always understanding. The crew was amazing and got our roof done in a day and a half. I got 5 quotes from other companies and DeHart was a little more expensive but, they are worth every penny! The crew arrived on time, cleaned up and the owner stopped by each day to check in on the progress. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a roof. They blew it out of the park!!
