Marcel and his team are amazing! During the storms we noticed our windows were leaking which resulted in our floors rising from water damage. We contacted Restored by masters and immediately got a call from Marcel. He came out and did an inspection and found water damage on our walls and also damage on our roof that we didn’t even know about! Marcel takes his time and does a thorough inspection to ensure he finds the problem. Immediately we began the process. His team was very professional. Although it was a stressful time having to have all of our furniture moved into storage Marcel and his team made it less stressful with the communication and their work ethics. Marcel went above and beyond in walking us through a stressful process. We lost our kitchen to a dishwasher leak.
