Can not thank Mel's enough for coming out and servicing our AC unit. Went out of town and came back to a hot house with no AC Saturday night. Gave them a call Sunday which they got back to me quick, offered to come out for an emergency fee(weekend call) but i opted to wait til Monday. Monday came, and their Tech Michael arrived on time, was a chill dude, quick and professional. 5 Stars! Service: A/C system maintenance

I was happy to be scheduled quickly after calling to have my A/C serviced. It was cooling, but not at the temperature I set it at. The tech arrived on time, actually early, diagnosed & fixed the problem. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. I would highly recommend Mel’s Heat & Air. I called on a Th and was able to get a Monday morning appointment (for a missing drain line on a rooftop AC unit). The tech, Michael, was professional and friendly. He was very quick and I’ll definitely be using Mel’s again for any future work. Highly recommend!
