If you are a “new” customer, don’t bother even calling these guys because they don’t care about you. We have a rental property that requires a small AC repair. I called this last Tuesday and was given an appointment for Monday morning (writing this review on Friday afternoon). Then informed our tenant that Thorsen’s would be there Monday to get his AC fixed. All is well right? That’s what I thought. Then I get a call today (Friday) at 3pm to be informed that our appointment for Monday has been canceled and they will not be doing any work for new customers because they have to focus on their contract customers. The lady that called was polite and understood how incredibly messed up it is to call Friday afternoon to cancel an appointment for Monday morning, but said she couldn’t do anything because this is what her boss wanted. We had a pipe that broke so we called them to come repair it. He came did his "repair" then said I have another call and left, he didn't even turn the water back on before he left to see if it was fixed. This was a week ago. So we turn on the water and he broke the pipe even more and we have a water leak! We have called and called. They said they would come out but then they don't cause they're too busy. Then they just can't come because they're too busy. Mind u we have a pipe that's just pouring out water! So now they wanna come next week. That's almost goin on 2 weeks of "they will try to come out" if he would have done his job and turned the water on to see if it was fixed he would have known. Very unprofessional.
