Troy was very nice, respectful accommodating, and most importantly knowledgeable about the latest technology in water heaters and plumbing. He came out immediately and had our water heater replaced within 24 hours of the call out. We had a new system replaced and we are getting hot water immediately verses the 5 min wait time we had before. I will use him for all my plumbing needs. I highly recommend. I called to get a garbage disposal put in, thought it would be a quick job. Two young very polite men showed up and this job turned out to be a real pain. A part that came with the new disposal did not fit in the sink, they took the time to find the correct part, drove to pick it up and then installed it. Great service. I could not be happier. AND....I called that morning, some nice polite fellow on the line said, we will have a truck in your area this afternoon. How great is that. I will call on them again.
