The technician contacted well in advance of his arrival to confirm the timing. After he arrived, he promptly identified our water heater issue and promptly corrected it. He was also really pleasant and informed. We're very glad we gave Tustin HVAC Solutions a call.
They arrived on time at 9 AM in the morning, uninstalled the old unit, installed the new one and tested to make sure everything is working as expected.. By the time it got completed it was 8 PM and they were still energetic.. They also cleaned up any debris.. Overall an excellent job.. Would recommend..
I contacted the company and it was very easy toset an appointment for fixing a problem i had with my AC unit. They came on time, the service was just excellent and smooth. The guy that came out was very courteous & professional. Highly recommended.
