We had a clogged drainage system (for the washing machine waste water), leading to pools of water on the garage floor every time we did the laundry. After contacting several places, I decided to go with Plumbing Connection. Khan and his co-worker came on schedule during the 2-hour window they said they were going to arrive, and they did an excellent job. The service was prompt and professional. There was no back and forth about the price because Khan gave me a price over the phone, and he and his co-worker came and did the job for that price. If Khan could not have done the job for the stated price over the phone after arriving on site, I could have refused his service without incurring any charge. In short, I highly Plumbing Connection.

In today's Covid-19 "new normal" it is very refreshing to find someone who is honest, professional, and with a heart of gold. Israr, the owner just blessed us with his amazing work and unselfishness. We had a plugged cold water line in our kitchen sink. He directed his employee to clean the plugged line and the water was flowing as before. I asked him what he preferred, credit card or check, and he said it didn't matter. He walked over to his van, got in and drove away. My mouth dropped to the floor and I almost started to tear up. In mist of all this stress, uncertainty, and hardship someone was kind enough to let it pass. Great, responsive and professional plumbing help! I called Plumbing Connection (PC) when my kitchen sink line backed up the day after Boxing Day 2021. He came on time for my 1 pm appointment and diagnosed the problem immediately and correctly. His explanation for the root cause was rational and to the point. He efficiently pushed his rotor line through and completed the job in a timely fashion. He was meticulous and careful when handling items underneath my kitchen sink.
