Sunny Appliance Repair

Very suspicious company. I had Arthur come out and diagnose that my icemaker no longer works. Then he tells me $500 and they place the order for a replacement. . Two weeks goes by I never hear anything, so when I called them they told me they can’t get the part which is not reasonably believable because I called Samsung and I’ve ordered the part directly. It’s being shipped to me. When I called Sunny Appliance back to ask them if they could install the new icemaker, they inflated the price and told me there would be no warranty. Yikes!!! Run away fast from these guys they talk out both sides of their mouth Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

I called Sunny for two appliances that needed repairs. I am an existing customer having been really satisfied with their previous work. Danny & Derek were here in less than an hour after I called. Turns out the Monogram refrigerator needed a replacement board. The one they had almost worked, but was missing a jumper. Incredibly efficient, friendly & thorough. They know what they are doing. Bonus, Danny fixed my hood fan!

I have Subzero refrigerator model 550 that is 12 years old and I had problems for the first 2 years only and since then it has run beautifully until April 8th. So I called these folks to come check it and we got Danny and Derek come here. They added freon that time and warned me that the compressor is no good and can die at any time which has happened just yesterday. So I called them again to come check it because it was still under the given warranty. Derek confirmed the compressor needs to be replaced and we are still thinking if we want to do that. But if we do, we would definitely call them for that service. Thank you for being honest people
