Sunny Appliance Repair

I have a KitchenAid oven that is about 5 years old and it broke down last week. I called Sunny Appliance because I have already used their service in the past (they fixed my washer). So this time they sent Danny and Derek who were polite, nice and professional. They quickly diagnosed the problem but unfortunately we had to order the needed part (thermal fuse). The guys came back to install the part as soon as it arrived. All fixed now, we are happy. Thank you Sunny

I called Sunny for two appliances that needed repairs. I am an existing customer having been really satisfied with their previous work. Danny & Derek were here in less than an hour after I called. Turns out the Monogram refrigerator needed a replacement board. The one they had almost worked, but was missing a jumper. Incredibly efficient, friendly & thorough. They know what they are doing. Bonus, Danny fixed my hood fan!

Very suspicious company. I had Arthur come out and diagnose that my icemaker no longer works. Then he tells me $500 and they place the order for a replacement. . Two weeks goes by I never hear anything, so when I called them they told me they can’t get the part which is not reasonably believable because I called Samsung and I’ve ordered the part directly. It’s being shipped to me. When I called Sunny Appliance back to ask them if they could install the new icemaker, they inflated the price and told me there would be no warranty. Yikes!!!
