I called them and they came out immediately and fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. While talking to Christian Cruz he noted that previous repairs to the furnace had made it less efficient. I concurred and to make a long story short he came back on another day and fixed the furnace making it not only more efficient but also much quieter.
