Second time I've used them in the past month. Completely different problem, but same great customer service. Very informative about the options and didn't push either one. During one of this year's (2023) cold spells my heater decided to quit. I called Terri Galdo at the Upland C of C for advise and she recommended Cruz Plumbing. I called them and they came out immediately and fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. While talking to Christian Cruz he noted that previous repairs to the furnace had made it less efficient. I concurred and to make a long story short he came back on another day and fixed the furnace making it not only more efficient but also much quieter. We had a problem that came up on Sunday. I tried the regular Draino and Liquid Plumber stuff thinking it might be an easy job. Apparently it wasn’t, although it made the water go down the drain, it didn’t clear it. After checking reviews for a few plumbers, Cruz had great reviews and were open at 7am. I wanted the job done asap. They showed up when they said they would and charged what was quoted. Everything is working great. Service: Drain cleaning
