A very competent service tech came to house and inspected my air ducts thoroughly, checked out heater and a/c. Did not charge me for coming to the house, handed me an estimate for repair and duct cleaning and I scheduled it and very satisfied with the results Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning

When they came out, they diagnosed the problem which was a broken part. My furnace is over 20 years old, and the man told me I'd have to replace the furnace and air conditioner, costing me upward of $7000. They did the same thing to my neighbor, I found out after their visit, and my neighbor forked up $10,000 on their advice. I told him I wouldn't have that much money for a year. He said he'd call around to see if he could find a replacement part, and I haven't heard from them in over a month. If a company doesn't want my business, they should say so up front so I can find a company that does. Found one, they located the part and the repair is going to cost me $800. Would not recommend to anyone.

This company is great! Their technician showed up on time and fixed my issue fast! I appreciated the ease to set up an appt. I will be working with them again!
