Great experience all around! When I initially reached out to air essentials I was able to contact someone right away through chat and phone, and I was able to get an appointment when I needed it. Air Essentials also has fair pricing, and they explain everything that you need to know. The tech who came to fix my furnace was awesome, and he gave me helpful info on my furnace! I would recommend Air Early!!

When they came out, they diagnosed the problem which was a broken part. My furnace is over 20 years old, and the man told me I'd have to replace the furnace and air conditioner, costing me upward of $7000. They did the same thing to my neighbor, I found out after their visit, and my neighbor forked up $10,000 on their advice. I told him I wouldn't have that much money for a year. He said he'd call around to see if he could find a replacement part, and I haven't heard from them in over a month. If a company doesn't want my business, they should say so up front so I can find a company that does. Found one, they located the part and the repair is going to cost me $800. Would not recommend to anyone.

This company is great! Their technician showed up on time and fixed my issue fast! I appreciated the ease to set up an appt. I will be working with them again!
