Where to start, I had another company out and they couldn’t tell me what was wrong with my system , Called Cozy Home Services Jeff was the technician that came out. He arrived on time and he found the problem within 15 minutes. He provided multiple option. We decided that my 24 year old system was not worth repairing. Jeff suggested going with a heat pump since I have solar and I’m glad I went for it. Jeff was is an expert he answered all my questions made it extremely easy in purchasing a new system. Had air conditioning added to our existing system. Taylor & Josh we’re our installers. Everything went smoothly & looks great. Taylor was over the top in professionalism & really aimed to please. Waiting for some warmer weather to put our system to the test. Thanks Jason for sending us the A-team. I highly recommend Cozy home for any kind d of HVAC work.
