Reliable Roofing & Retro-Fit

I used Angie’s list to find a roofing contractor after getting 50+ calls I had 4 estimates lined up from 4 different contractors. I had Reliable Roofing come for my last estimate and I was super happy with every step. Eddie who came out to do the inspection was super thorough and explained all the details. He was very trustworthy and super knowledgeable. After I signed all the contracts I was updated every day until the project started. Eddie did an amazing job by making sure his team did peeping and making sure around the house was tarped and ready for the work. He went ahead and sent me the full updated pictures to all the steps. The job overall took 9 days with all inspection and I am super happy of the work. I would definitely suggest anyone reading this to request for Project manager Eddie because I am super thankful for the work he did on my house. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Absolutely horrible experience. Sales people will promising you a world . Pictures are worth a thousand words. Unprofessional and definitely not knowledgeable…… will have to finish all repairs myself or hire a new company. Services: Roof repair, Roof damage repair

I do not recommend using this company. The Salesman that comes out is dressed to impress. That is where it ends! They 3rd party everything out. I still have leaks in my roof after paying over 45k to fix the leaks and to re-due the roof. Right after we signed the contract I received a text message saying that I will be receiving a discount on my quote with the company! I called and said that is great! They said it was a marketing error and I will not be getting the discount. If you have made it this far I will make it short. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. My roof still leaks.
