Reliable Roofing & Retro-Fit

The guys that came out to give me an estimate, were all talk, and no reliability. I showed the man the things I needed repairing, and by the end of our conversation I had been told, that the areas where there was holes and wood rot, was just peeling paint. I was also told in a very evasive way that they would not be repairing what I needed fixing. At the end of all of their fast talk, they showed me a video of a single old woman who was so happy with their work. What's that about?

So i finally decided to rate this company. CAUTION!!- the staff I negotiated with were very high pressure! Didn't want me to compare with other roofers. Wanted me to sign contract on spot. I was ready to show them the door and price dropped a few thousand after making a phone call. Weird. Then they accidently cut a gas line. Got a call at work about them needing to shut my gas line! They cut a water line too and didn't even tell me and manager wasn't even aware apparently. I found out when i tried to use water and then it was flooding my roof. AND now I noticed sub par workmanship and i try to get them to take care of it, they refuse because I noticed it too late. You be the judge and look at my photos. First 2 photos shows corner that needs fixing. Third photo shows how it should be Sub par workmanship. Expensive and high pressure. Go elsewhere

I do not recommend using this company. The Salesman that comes out is dressed to impress. That is where it ends! They 3rd party everything out. I still have leaks in my roof after paying over 45k to fix the leaks and to re-due the roof. Right after we signed the contract I received a text message saying that I will be receiving a discount on my quote with the company! I called and said that is great! They said it was a marketing error and I will not be getting the discount. If you have made it this far I will make it short. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. My roof still leaks.
