Reliable Roofing performed an amazing job on our shingle roof damaged by our most recent storms in the bay area this past February. The team completed sistering the rafters and re-decking the roof in two days. The process was as smooth as one would expect and some bumps did occur along the way. Remediation and customer service is where this company shined. The ceiling under the work area and separately on the deck was damage during the demo and roof repair. Edgar came by personally to inspect and work on the damaged ceiling and deck repairs himself - not one of his staff but personally in the morning or later in the evening outside of normal working hours. He made this effort three times to perform the repairs to my satisfaction (repair and paint). This level of service and commitment to the customer is hard to come by. I would definitely recommend.

I went with Reliable Roofing on my roofing project and I am very satisfied. Starting from the project manager Eddie and his crews they were very respectful, clean, and super hard working. It was a smooth process and very easy. Eddie did great with inspecting and solving prior issues i had with my roof. I have already referred Eddie to 2 friends of mine.

We called this company the day of our roof leak which they said they could come same day to give us a quote. Two young men came who were very nice. They said there were 3 leaks and will have to repair 30% of our roof. They made it sound like it was going to be a project taking 5 days time. They have a person who will manage different crews to get it done. They quoted us $30,000 for rubber vs paper which was $18,000. We were of course shocked! We never had our roof repaired. Our house is only 10 yrs old! They said they would call about a different project going on in a nearby area who were getting rubber done to come here with what's leftover so they can quote us paper price vs rubber, but we'd have to let them know right then. We had only 2 days before another heavy rain and no other contractors who can make it in time. We needed it tarped. We felt like we had no choice. We had a $1000 down-payment with 3 day cancelation fee. We had 2 other contractors to come out the following week
