Sergey (sp) repaird our LG washer. He diagnosed the problem, told me what the cost of repair would be when asked, said he would order the part and return once the part was obtained. Drain pump was installed, washer works perfect. Not once did he attempt to price increase on his estimate, he is fair and professional. 6 month warranty was issued on pump and install.
