After mediocre to downright terrible service from a parade of other oven repair companies over the years, I was extremely happy to have Sergey from Home Tech Repair work on my oven. He was professional, neat, on time and a total pleasure to work with. Not only that, but he took the time to explain everything to me and even did a service call on a Sunday because he knew that I really needed my oven working early the next day. 5 star service and with a smile! Sergey (sp) repaird our LG washer. He diagnosed the problem, told me what the cost of repair would be when asked, said he would order the part and return once the part was obtained. Drain pump was installed, washer works perfect. Not once did he attempt to price increase on his estimate, he is fair and professional. 6 month warranty was issued on pump and install.
