After researching the new roof process, to replace a 30-year old shingle roof and likely some fascia boards, I arranged to get proposals from multiple companies. I was particularly impressed with the professionalism of Preferred Roofing. It is obvious they stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of any home they work on! Aaron came to my house, took all the requisite measurements and evaluated the condition of the existing roof. He was on time, knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the process. In addition, he was patient and explained what was necessary as the worked progressed – they provided exceptional customer service and are very responsive. During the removal of the old roof, it was discovered that numerous pieces of wood on the roof deck needed replacing, as did about half of the fascia boards. We cannot thank Aaron and the team at Preferred Roofing enough for replacing our outdated, and badly in need of repair, roof. Aaron was very patient and walked us through our options. When the time came to start the work, he coordinated with contractors to take care of fascia work and electrical repairs. The team at Preferred were quick, efficient, and cleaned up daily.
