I had a great experience with Preferred Roofing! At the end of 2018, I purchased a house that needed a new roof. Aaron came over to look at the project. He educated me a bit about the process of re-roofing a flat roof. He was courteous and seemed more knowledgeable than other roofing companies I'd interviewed, so I hired him. Things became a little complicated immediately because the solar panels on my roof are leased. The solar company told me they had a 45 day waiting period before they could get a crew to remove the panels...meanwhile winter (along with rain) was coming and those solar panels needed to come off before the roof could be replaced. Aaron quickly found a solar installer who passed muster with the solar leasing company so that we could remove the panels immediately. The site proved a bit challenging--steep driveway, hills, tall house--but Aaron worked it out. The entire crew was extremely professional and quick. Aaron Pollock was absolutely fantastic when we found a leak in our living room. In the middle of torrential rain he gave us great advice and helped us.
