Ron is a pleasure to work with! I'm a home owner, property manager, and realtor. I have used him for both inspections and repairs. Most recently, he repaired a leaky spot in the roof of one of my homes which entailed cutting out and replacing rotted plywood, laying down new sheathing, and reinstalling the tile shingles.
