This week our hot water decided to check out and that is when Franklin and Vizzo checked in and took care of the situation, first making every effort to revive the ailing on-demand heater that had served us so well, working with the manufacturer to trouble shoot the problem. When it became apparent that was not possible, Matt discussed our options and took care of ordering the replacement and assuring me that it would be installed as soon as it came in. There was a problem with the unit being on the invoice of items ordered from the supplier, but not found on the truck that delivered those items.
