The guys arrived on time and were very patient while I secured my dog into the back yard.They analyzed the problem and quickly made the necessary repairs. My dog chewed and crushed one of the copper lines to my a/c unit. I called to see when someone would be able to come out and repair it. Chris was able to come out the following morning. I was given a 2 hour window and he showed up on time. After his investigation and some quick tests, he determined that he did not have the necessary items with him to make repairs at that time. He said he could send someone out the following morning to make the repairs and gave me an estimate. Jacob came out the following morning (on time), repaired the copper line and tested everything to make sure everything was working correctly. Both Chris and Jacob were very friendly and answered all of my questions. I am happy with the quality of the work they performed and with their customer service. Service: A/C system repair
