Alex and AJ were very good at installing my water heater. I was first impressed by the free estimate. He came out and within minutes new the old one was junk. Alex even explained to me how he knew it was done. When he ordered the new one he did it right in front of me, not hiding anything. The next day they came with the new one and had it installed within and hour and a half. Fast service, affordable, and I felt that they were very professional and honest. I'm posting this review on behalf of my dad. My dad had work done on the sprinkler system of his home by this company and was greatly impressed. He asked me to leave a good review online for him, as my dad is not familiar with Google or Yelp reviews. My dad said he felt the price was really fair for the work done and he plans on using my plumber again in the future for a hot tub installation. Considering my dad generally thinks that he could do almost any home repair better than the contractor he hired if he was just a little bit younger, this is pretty high praise.
I woke up to a leaking toilet and turning off the water valve wasn’t working. I tried to see if I could DIY a solution through YouTube because I was afraid of how much a plumber would cost but gave up and called this company. I was able to get an appointment right away and they sent me notifications letting me know the plumber was on his way, which I really appreciated. Alex arrived on time and was extremely kind and professional. I asked if he could wear a mask and some booties in the house and he happily agreed to do so which I was grateful for as someone with severe asthma with a toddler in the house. I told Alex I was on a tight budget and was just looking to stop the water leaking but he fixed everything and got our toilet fully functional in less than 15 minutes without replacing any parts!!
