They went out to my rental property and everything was great. The tech was on time and installed a light switch. I was away from my phone when he was done and had sent the invoice. 12 minutes had past from his first text then my tenant calls me in a frantic stating the tech is demanding the money or else he we rip out the light switch. When I spoke to him he confirmed he said that and said he would "hate to put a lien on my house for $140." Service: Electrical outlet & switch repair
