Horrible communication, very disrespectful customer service, took a week to get a simple quote, they would not take to time to confirm any information in reference of sending quotes to me or my insurance company. The owner Felipe Villegas did not express any type of urgency, I was told by him he would have the quote on Monday and I did not get it until I canceled the rebuild. His staff need better customer service training and needs to learn how to speak with customers. I had to call their office 5 times to try and get them to send docs to my insurance and about 10 times directly with the owner. Absolutely horrible experience during a time I needed a professional, expert company to help fix our house during a claims process. Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

Great company. Everyone was professional and courtesy from the first phone call. Came out the same day. Abel and Carla were great, explained everything they were doing and the process of protecting the structure (roof leak) and repairing the damage. I highly recommend them! I can't say anything about quality of their work, but I had a very poor experience with this company. Elite Restoration was recommended by my insurer for repairs after a water leak. They signed up for the project, and did the demolition and set up equipment for drying the property. But then they just started dragging their feet, not responding to emails, giving misleading information over the phone. It took them quite a while to prepare the restoration esitmate, and then they promised to send me a repairs contract and never sent one, just dropped all communications. This is probably due to the fact that property is in Tracy, and the company, as it turned out, is based in Fresno, which is a two hour drive away on a good day. Eventually I had to find someone else, after wasting almost a month, Elite Restoration should have just let me know from the get go that they won't be able to do it.
