They did an excellent job removing all dog hair and shampooing the sofas to an end result of looking brand new again. They also cleaned in the arm pits of the sofas which was great . Definitely using this company again.

Set up a date to come inspect my crawl space for water removal. On the day they were supposed to come out, I called to get an ETA. First the guy answered from his cell saying they can give an inspection quote over the phone (HOW?) then he said to call the office and now the office said they need to collect a 350 dollar fee before they come. I called 4 days prior to their arrival and scheduled the appointment, not 1 day or 2 days. I even called back when I first scheduled to make sure she was correct saying there was no fee and Teresa stated no fee but now another girl said yes there's a fee for the "crawlspace". If I hadn't called, they wouldn't come or call? SHADY business. They come up with fees the last minute before they come. I can imagine what fees they would have said if they actually did what they were supposed to when they arrived. STAY AWAY

I can't say anything about quality of their work, but I had a very poor experience with this company. Elite Restoration was recommended by my insurer for repairs after a water leak. They signed up for the project, and did the demolition and set up equipment for drying the property. But then they just started dragging their feet, not responding to emails, giving misleading information over the phone. It took them quite a while to prepare the restoration esitmate, and then they promised to send me a repairs contract and never sent one, just dropped all communications. This is probably due to the fact that property is in Tracy, and the company, as it turned out, is based in Fresno, which is a two hour drive away on a good day. Eventually I had to find someone else, after wasting almost a month, Elite Restoration should have just let me know from the get go that they won't be able to do it.
