Redi-Rooter

Andy came out and fixed our plumbing issue in Tulare, CA. Our toilets, bathtub, and shower were all backed up. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job. Thank you soooo much! I had called another company prior but they didn't answer their phone or even have a voice recording letting me know I called the right place. So I called Redi-Rooter Plumbing next. They answered right away and the lady was very nice and got Andy out to us that same day! We were very relieved to get it fixed. We have 5 kids and two adults living in our house. Thank you! A+

I needed a plumber on Saturday night. Redi-rooter came out, and Jim did a fabulous job. I have used Redirect-Rooter for over 25 years. They always can be trusted to do an excellent job. Their plumbers are always courteous and professional. My only complaint is they need some kind of credit card machine. I am uncomfortable giving out my credit card information. Other than that, I would give them 5 stars all the way.

BRITTA IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HUNG UP IN MY FACE! -Here's the story: I had called to inquire about utilizing their services on a Saturday (09/24/22) due to my son's apartment was flooded. I received a call from Britta on the following Tuesday (09/27/22) and I initially thought she was returning my call from my initial inquiry. However, I was actually being contacted in regards to someone else's work order (which I didn't know at the time). When Britta called, she addressed me as "Laurie" but I didn't hear that initially and I gave her my son's number because she wanted to make sure someone was home for the service. She was able to reach my son and he advised that they had used someone's services. So she then called me back to advise me that she told my son "make sure to tell your mom next time because I can charge her $100 for a five minute phone call". That statement then made me question this whole phone call. So I preceded to confirm that she was returning my call from the inqui
