Jose Ledezma is a very professional contractor. Not only did he do a great job at servicing my old roof AC unit but he explained very well how it looked, showed me pictures of it, advised future repairs needed without being pushy and replaced my air filter. He knows my AC very well since he is always the same person that always services it and took his time to honor my request, going above and beyond by opening up my vents to place activated charcoal that I had purchased. One of the most unreliable companies my family has ever used. Whenever we have issues with the A/C going out or when we have a problem with a system error they never have availability for someone to come out. We are constantly told that they never know when someone will be able to come out and never have set times for appointments so we are expected to wait all day until they show up. The only time we’re told anything that is helpful is when we voice how upset we are with their services. I genuinely would never recommend this company to anyone.
