Marcus came out to service our AC unit. He was super informative and helpful. He was very diligent about putting shoe covers on before entering our house and removing them when he needed to step outside to get something from his van. Super impressed with Goettl. Ran into a nasty drain issue a few months ago, but due to rain and other ongoing construction could not address. Jordan sorted out issue temporarily, but flagged that cast iron drain lines were in bad shape. Last Friday, lines plugged and I could not clear, even trying with my snake. Called, Grant came out, and was able to clear a bit, but showed lines had effectively collapsed. Enter Sergio and crew. They arrived bright and early Saturday, cleared enough that we could use bathrooms for weekend. Full multi day job to renovate lines, finding buried clean outs, replacing those that were defective, clearing all blockages, installing liners, and installing spin coat where liners could not go. Communication was excellent, work was clean, workspace was well secured and left tidy each evening. I am super impressed with Sergio and his team! Amazed at how much they did in a few days. And overall, everyone I worked with was professional, competent, thoughtf
