Justin from Water Heaters Only arrived on time, had called in advance to make us aware of his arrival time, and could not have been more helpful. We requested he install the water heater an hour later, and that’s exactly what happened. Justin was knowledgeable, pleasant, and saved the day for us in approximately two hours. This company is well run, and if they have other installers as qualified as Justin, then Water Heaters Only is the company you ABSOLUTELY NEED TO CONTACT when you find yourself in need of a new water heater. Water Heaters Only, Inc. responded very quickly to our inquiry when we found our water heater leaking at night. They were able to book us an appointment for the next morning and knowing we would need a replacement due to age, the Technician showed up with a new heater! Their quote was also a lot less than the competitors! Thomas was very professional, knowledgeable, answered all my questions with patience and explained the work in detail. The entire area was cleaner when he completed then when he arrived! Was very polite and courteous as well. I cannot say Mahalo nui enough to Thomas and the company as a whole! We are very impressed!
