Technician arrived on time, did the work I needed in a professional manner. He did an excellent job. He cleaned up the job site and took all debris with him. The price charged was as per quoted. He replaced dry rot around 1 window Couldn't ask for anything better. Thanks

The job ended up being twice as much is the estimate. The technician was nice but under qualified. I found the part and ordered the part. I helped him troubleshoot a lot of the problems and he couldn’t finish it in one day because he didn’t have the parts he didn’t have the right tools and then I got charged another three hours because I had to come back the next day. It’s not my problem that the technician does not have the parts and tools for the Job. Not professional being that unprepared. The billing was a little tricky and they were a little pushy about the billing and was non receptive about the billing and charged me for the part I had to find and buy on my Grainger account, very non-professional.
