Very good experience overall. The technician, Ivan was on time, customer friendly, professional and highly responsive. I will definitely use them in the future.
Quality of work was very good but repair guy worked form 9:30-4pm and charged 8 hours. When mentioned this to office, they changed it and charged 7 hours. Supposed to be 6.5 hours; after the 2 hour minimum, they were to charge at 15 minute intervals. Follow your own rules please. Service: General repairs
