Super easy to work with. Got out to me within hours of calling and had everything fixed and replaced by next day. Straight forward pricing and great warranty. Would definitely recommend to others!
We aren’t pleased with these guys as we were under the impression that spending $600 with them to “fix” something would make our AC work again. I wouldn’t have done it in the first place if it was going to not work still. We were deceived and it feels like a quick cash grab by them. I was told their $600 bid would get it going long enough to last a short while which is what we wanted but that wasn’t the truth and they straight up lied to us and stole our money. Of course they will blame us instead of taking any responsibility for what they told us. Avoid these guys unless you want to be ripped off!
Second or third time I have used Robert Harris to maintain and educate me about my HVAC. I prefer to hire local small businesses and was impressed with Robert's knowledge, manners, availability (he came 01/04/23 during an atmospheric river with high winds).
