They removed and replaced an old HVAV unit. They were extremely communicative about what needed to be done and what would be need from me. They finished in about a half day which was faster than their original estimate as well. Service: Installation

Great on the phone, easy to make an appointment, showed up when scheduled. I scheduled HVAC maintenance for furnace and AC. I asked the technician what he did for maintenance and he said he did nothing because it was clean. I was under the impression I was paying for maintenance not just an inspection. We've been in this house 1 full year and have not ever had the HVAC inspected or maintained so it should have needed at least something. I'm not sure when the previous owner had it done if at all. The person on the phone at Prime Genius recommended having this done twice a year. Not sure why it would need to be inspected twice a year and have nothing done to it... I was concerned about my new house and the dryer/vent ductwork. Masih was on time and very knowledgeable. He assured me my vent is fine and my dryer is working well. When he left, I felt much better!
