We have a subzero refrigerator. Not many appliance companies can service this brand. Pure Genius can and does a great job. They responded quickly, they show up on time and their technicians know what they are doing. We have used them a couple of times and every time they do great work. Highly recommend them. When no one else could help or they didn't want to because they don't work with warranty, Prime Genius decided to help us out. They got into contact with the company and did what they can to make our refrigerator work asap. The representative Sullman (I hope that's how you spell his name) was super helpful.
The technicians did a good job of installing my built in oven-microwave combination. They were very prompt and everything is working. There was a very small amount of damage to the cabinet. They were referred by Home Depot and responded very quickly to Home Depot's request for them to contact me about installation. Scheduling was well done. Service: Installation
