We found a vent in our yard after one of the many storms that has hit Sacramento in 2023. We had rain coming that night in the forecast so we needed someone to be able to quickly check it out and provide either a quick repair or some sort of measure to ensure we kept the potentially compromised portion of the roof protected, if the repair couldn't be made immediately. Arturo was so responsive, provided info after I was able to text him some photos, and gave me an idea as to what an initial repair cost could be if it wasn't more extensive than what we suspected. His employee arrived an hour later, took a video, and fortunately for us it was not from our roof. Their employee tried to scan other roof lines to help ID which neighbor it could be so we could notify them. We paid for their time/gas to check it out but it was very reasonable and much preferred to pay a very small reasonable fee over having one of the members of our household attempt to climb the roof without the safe and appro
