The most honest and helpful plumbers I've ever used. They honored my water heater's warranty even though the previous owner of my house was the one who bought it! I was astonished. Anyway long story short, the plumber knew what the issue was, they tracked down the right part (which I think was hard to find), and he fixed it. All covered by their warranty!
