Varitek was selected by my home warranty company to inspect my AC which was blowing warm air. After scheduling a first appointment, multiple follow ups were required. For each follow up Varitek would call me only when they had someone in my area expecting me to drop what I was doing and leave work to meet them. I have now been waiting over a month for a follow up visit. Tried multiple times to schedule an appointment no call back. Edit after Varitek response: Varitek closed this work order May 16th.
