We had purchased a new washer and dryer. Upon installation, I was advised that our washing machine hookups were leaking and needed to be replaced. I called Fketcher’s right away and they were able to have someone out the following day! From scheduling our appointment, to having the repairs done, everyone was extremely friendly (and always have been). Our technician was great! He explained what needed to be done, gave me an estimate, and got to work. Everything is working great now and we are so pleased.
