Excellent customer service over the phone. When the technician came to my house he was very professional and was very up front with me on what he was doing as a part of the service call. When it came time to finish up he was again honest and told me he could offer more but that it was something easy (5 minute job easy) I could do myself and explained my options. When I need service in the future I'll definitely be calling them!
