We had a toy ball accidentally go down the shower drain causing it to clog . Travis came out and was able to remove it for us. He came right on time and got the job done quick and efficiently. We have also used this company for our air conditioner and heater and service has always been great .
I have used Ascent multiple times for multiple services. Every time I call, the assistant Nikki is so helpful and kind. She always makes sure that Derek knows exactly what needs to be done. Great communication between them. Derek is always on time, ready to work and respects me and my house. Cleans up after himself and makes sure everything is working as it should before he leaves.
