Great service! Very professional and knowledgeable. I was able to call and explain the issue I was having with my toilet and John immediately knew what was wrong and how to fix it. I was able to make an appointment for the next day to get my toilet fixed and John arrived on time and quickly changed the part needed. By far the BEST plumber I have come across in all my 20+ years selling real estate! I have seen and used countless! We had a mainline water leak on our personal rental property and JP answered my call on a Sunday, gave us advise on how to contain and what NOT to do, to contain it until the following morning in which he met me at the property to evaluate it in person. I was given a very fair price and he even went as far as to call the supplier to show me the price comparison on using copper and schedule 80 PVC. I had an estimate within an hour of his visit. Fast forward a day and he arrived on time at 7 am as promised to begin the work. The work comprised of installing a new shut off at the water meter, trenching and installing new piping all the way across the yard, 2 new faucet risers in copper with a turn off for the house (we did not have one before), moving another exterior hose bib, and a few other items I can’t explain well in writing.
