This is an amazing company. We had a whole house system put in and I had to have several follow up visits to check on things and do adjustments. Tim was very responsive and would let me know if he was delayed for the service call. I would highly recommend this company, excellent customer service and I was very happy with the installation. Once I was also in an isolated part of Africa when the AC went down in one of our rental properties during a heat wave. Tim was excellent to work with. I described my situation over the phone and he had a good idea of the problem. After diagnosing our issue, he fixed the item right away and left a description on the invoice. What completely surprised me is that Tim called me the following morning to follow up with me and again he summarized with me the issue and the fix.
