Leon is a master of his art. He's dispositioned issues with both my AC and furnace now, and in both cases he zeroed in on the exact issue right away, and then fixed it quickly while giving me an education on what I'm looking at for my own benefit. I will not call anyone else.
My AC recently went out and I called Leon who very patiently walked me through several troubleshooting ideas over the phone to try and solve the problem. After nothing worked, we scheduled a visit during which he methodically eliminated multiple costly problems. He traced the issue to a bad conductor wire that I was able to replace myself for $15. Leon literally saved me hundreds if not thousands of dollars. Cheers to this man!
Leon spent a lot of time thoroughly investigating the problem with our AC unit to avoid charging us for anything that didn’t need fixing. This is our third time using Leon and we will keep coming back! Service: HVAC system maintenance
