Les with DMC was a class act. I made an error while installing a Smart Thermostat on my own. Les provided advice on how to repair the blown fuses in the furnace and saved me a lot of struggle and effort, not to mention a full day without HVAC. It is great to see there are still people out there that do not take advantage and run an honest business.

We had a heating light issue where our furnace would not kick on and didn’t notice it until the day after the fact. I called the morning of my need and got a call back within two hours. The team was on site that day and took great care to address our needs immediately. The cost was reasonable and the service was amazing. I’ve asked them to come back and do a full cleaning of our entire system as they just worked on one of the units. I called Les with DMS at 2 pm with a broken furnace and it was fixed by 3 pm! He almost immediately identified the issue and had the correct part we needed in his truck and quickly swapped it out. He was friendly and walked me through everything that was wrong as well as made suggestions on how to maintain our HVAC system going forward.
