I called Les with DMS at 2 pm with a broken furnace and it was fixed by 3 pm! He almost immediately identified the issue and had the correct part we needed in his truck and quickly swapped it out. He was friendly and walked me through everything that was wrong as well as made suggestions on how to maintain our HVAC system going forward. Fantastic experiences with DMC. Had them put in a while home humidifier last year, and it has been working great. More recently, had them help troubleshoot a furnace/thermostat/air conditioning issue that was thoroughly checked (fuse, transformer, etc) and ultimately needed a furnace motherboard and thermostat replacement. Great experience, detailed, on time… have them now saved in my contacts in case of any future HVAC issues.
