Go Green Heating & Air Conditioning

The overall installation and service on my new HVAC system has been great. Go Green came out and installed as promised. My biggest hang up is that they talked me into a better unit because an excel rebate for $800 was offered. The upgraded unit cost me $500 more than I was quoted, so I figured I’d save $300 in the long run. This is where my problem started. My unit was installed a month ago, and I have been told by the receptionist that I would be getting my rebate filed. She took down my information, and said she would get right on it. A week goes by and I don’t hear anything, so I called back to ask. I get the excuse of, “oh sorry, I’ve been really busy. My daughter is graduating high school this week so I haven’t had time. I’ll get right on that.” Another week goes by, and no response. This time I call the owner and ask him what is happening. He proceeded to tell me that they had to schedule a time to come back out and verify everything was working correctly before submitting the

They provided a great service at installation and explained the process well. However, we have been trying to get them back to the house for 2 years so we can get the XCEL rebate. They do not return our calls. Services: Heating system installation, Install AC

We had a furnace and humidifier installed and are extremely happy with the work, the price and Zach's attention to detail. Zach came out before and after the work was done and was very informative on all aspects of the installation. He even did some fine tuning after the work was done and worked with us on a couple issues that came up during the installation in a very fair and reasonable manner. Very professional and trustworthy. I highly recommend Go Green.
