So far, it's been a pleasure. I have been working with a rep via email and he is thorough, thoughtful, creative in his approach, and not trying to sell me the most expensive system. He definitely knows what he's doing, and the price quoted is extremely fair. It has been scheduled but not actually installed yet, so I will be glad to update once it is, but so far, I'm loving their approach!
