We called Piper Electric after hours when our lights began flickering. Art called us back and talked us through diagnosing the issue. When it appeared that the problem was with the power service to our home, he called the power company for us and followed up to ensure that a power company technician came that night. He followed up again the next day to make sure that the power company had resolved the issue. He was incredibly knowledgeable and generous with his time. He went above and beyond to help, even though we ultimately didn't need their services. We will definitely call Piper Electric if we need help in the future.
