Matt did an exceptional job! He was able to diagnose the problem immediately! He was very professional, polite, and tidy. I have been very pleased with plum line services every time I have needed their assistance. He also let me know that they are able to install lighting in the kitchen which is a job. I am considering in the future. The tech Eric ran into an unexpected problem. The issue was due to the age of my HVAC system. The replacement part is no longer available. Even though it was late in the afternoon Eric found a solution. He travelled an hour away to a dealer that had a up to date replacement for my outdated system. He then drove back to our house to install the new part and ensure we were not without our AC on a very hot night. He worked until after 7 at night to be sure we were safe and comfortable.
